About Move Like Michi

I’m Michi, a Latina, Miami-based movement instructor and the founder of Move Like Michi.

 

With a background in dance, I blend Pilates, strength, cardio, and yoga to create workouts that are effective, fun, and something you actually look forward to.

 

My goal is to help everyone—whether you’re new or experienced—feel strong, confident, and good in their body. I work with all ages and levels, creating an inclusive and high-energy space.

 

I also host Perras Only, a ladies-only class mixing Perreo and Pilates for a bold, feel-good experience.

 

From classes to retreats, this is your space to move, find your flow, and feel yourself.
