Michelle "Michi" Abreu is a Miami-based dancer, fitness and Yoga instructor. She is driven to help people feel comfortable in their own bodies through movement. Michi’s classes are vibrant and her mission is to help you be confident, empowered and liberated. She creates a safe and welcoming space for you to connect with your body, mind and soul.
About Renee
Renee is born and raised in Florida. She discovered yoga during a challenging period in her life when she was searching for ways to improve her overall well-being. She decided to attend a local yoga class. . She became so passionate she traveled to India to complete her 200hr YTT. It has been a transformative journeyRenee invites students to embark on a journey of self-discovery, inner peace, and vibrant health.

I don't surf or do yoga, Can I still go?
Of course, our guides will provide you with the tools to help you get started in your journey. During yoga classes, we will always offer modifications and variations to make the practices more accessible or more challenging. And for non-surfers, there are surf instructors available for lessons and pointers throughout the week.

I am very interested in the retreat, but I do not have anyone to share a room with will you pair me up with someone?
No, unfortunately these rooms are quite intimate. It is suggested to find your own roommate, to enjoy the experience together!

Do I have to pay for transporation from the airport to the retreat or is it included in the retreat?
Yes, we have a transportation package for an extra cost.​ From San Jose or Liberia Airport just let us know when you are arriving and we can get you pricing.

Is there Wi-fi in the property?
Yes, there is wi-fi in the property and there is a designated Coworking space if you need to take some calls and have a space to work.

Payment
Booking Reservations are done via credit card or PayPal. Extra activities for the trip are done through the hotel once you check in. Want to do a payment plan? Ask us about the our 4 payment plan.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that because Coco and Pineapple and Move Like Michi, LLC are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Hold deposits (minus $50 USD re-listing fee) are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by original attendee.

Full balance due 8 weeks (January 31,2024) before start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation requests submitted within 60 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.

Within 30 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. We get charged too.

Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee. (I get charged that amount)

No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Coco and Pineapple and Move Like Michi,LLC will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. We are not responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
